Our ServiceWorkz team has the strategy and implementation resources necessary to develop and manage global after market service operations. ServiceWorkz supports wireless customers by providing handset repair facilities to the local markets in the USA, Middle East, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. 

• Workz is a global provider of warranty and after market services to wireless device, PDA and handset vendors  
• Workz is responsible for recruiting, training and providing spare parts, tools and test equipment for our partners
• Workz also manages the back office repair claims processing and payment
• Workz is the level 3 service and support center for the Middle East
