Country: Bahrain.

Challenge: Product supply, retail, logistics, warehousing and distribution consultancy.

Requirement: MTC needed launch support in four primary areas: retail design, project management and training; logistics and distribution consultancy; product design, development and production; and product supply.

Products: SIM cards, recharge cards, packaging, wireless devices.

Solution: Workz acted as a consultant on this project, and also provided project management, product supply, and packaging.

IT System: Serialised kitting, data tracking, logistics tracking.

Data Management: Operator input files, manufacturer output files, production output files for warehouse and network provisioning.

Artwork Management: SIM card, recharge card and packaging artwork management via customer portal with hard copy and soft copy approval process.

Infrastructure: Project team was based in Bahrain for eight months. Products were supplied from Workz Middle East production facility in Dubai.

Resources: In-country project team consisted of six full time and four part time members.

Reporting: Weekly and monthly reporting, primarily through project meetings.

Transport: Not applicable.
