Workz positions itself in the wireless arena working with network operators, wireless equipment manufacturers and retail channels to market.  One objective is to support wireless device manufacturers by offering outsourced services and third party logistics that facilitate their wireless device sales and after market support. Our model is flexible and custom tailored to individual requirements. Our model provides comprehensive reporting by combining our ERP, warehouse management, E-AMS and serial tracking systems with our IT backbone and web interface. 

We operate a packaging, logistics and distribution facility with wireless device repair operations in the Dubai Airport Free Zone (duty free) that provides the foundation of our core offerings.  We are supported by Emirates Air/DANATA which facilitates worldwide air cargo operations.  We warehouse products locally and make shipments on behalf of our customers globally (consignment basis).

Our fulfillment and packaging capabilities include working in both paper and plastic which we use to make operator starter kits, handset bundles and accessory packaging.   We are an ISO 9000:2001 certified company.
